The refrigerated shelf life of your meals has been extended thanks to the vacuum sealing, which means that you don't need to freeze everything immediately. The labels placed on your completed meals, in addition to containing explicit cooking instructions, will provide guidelines for proper storage.

Cooking Your Meals
When you're ready to cook one of your meals simply follow the cooking instructions on the package. Some meals require defrosting ahead of time. With flexibility in mind, all of our food trays are user friendly, meaning they are freezer safe, microwave safe, and oven safe.
