Terms and Conditions
We're thrilled to have the opportunity to host you at Deeelish! As a guest, your health and safety are of utmost importance to us. With this in mind, it is understood that you agree with the following terms and conditions:
- I will follow all rules of conduct related to the use of Deeelish! facilities during my assembly session, including washing my hands thoroughly at the start of each session and in between each meal assembled, using the utensils provided during the assembly process, and not touching shared ingredients with my hands
- I will not attend my Deeelish! session if I have, or have been exposed to any communicable diseases including cold, flu, etc.
- I assume full responsibility for the transportation and proper storage of all of my Deeelish! meals
- I will promptly refrigerate or freeze my Deeelish! meals following the conclusion of my assembly session or pick-up if my meals have already been assembled
- I will store all meals below 40 degrees Fahrenheit when in a refrigerator, below 0 degrees Fahrenheit when in a freezer, and I will heat all meals to an internal temperature above 165 degrees Fahrenheit before consuming
- I will follow the cooking instructions specified on all meals
- I agree to release Deeelish! from all claims, damages, and causes of action or liabilities which may arise as a result of my preparation, storage and/or consumption of Deeelish! meals, except if solely due to the gross negligence of Deeelish!
- I will not resell my Deeelish! meals
- I understand that nutritional information provided by Deeelish! is an approximation and is to be used as a guideline only
- I understand that Deeelish! reserves the right to make changes to meal ingredients if circumstances dictate
- I agree to release Deeelish! from all claims, damages, and causes of action or liabilities which may arise as a result of consuming any food or beverages that I or another guest brings while attending a session at the Deeelish! facility
- For my safety, as well as the safety of others, I understand that no one under the age of 12 shall attend an in-store assembly session
Rescheduling Policy
We understand that circumstances occur which might require you to reschedule your reservation. Because we place your food orders in advance of your session, we ask that you notify us at least 3 days prior to your scheduled session in order to receive a full credit toward a future session, provided that it is rescheduled within 3 weeks. If you are unable to give us 3 days advance notice, or in the event that you can not find a suitable time to reschedule your session within the allotted 3 week window, we
